The place is steps away (No Really!) from famous Wrigley Field. The place has tall 10ft ceiling with HUGE bay-like windows in the living room and large windows in dining area. It allows for plenty of light during the day. LOCATED on a corner lot that makes it great for those who just love to watch the Cubs game day scenery. You will feel a part of the action when people are streaming by the dining area windows excited about the cubs game for the day or watching people who live in the city go about their routine during the day! The red line train station & bus stop is literally right next to the flat and you will see a crowd of people shuffling off the train and out on the street toward the stadium. If you are anything like us, you can spend your mornings looking at the homes or nearby places as you walk around the neighborhood. Whether just to grab some groceries at the nearest store, go to the coffee shop or just roam the streets for those who love to look at architecture, everything is nearby and within walking distance: Starbucks, 7/11, Subway, Chipotle, Mcdonald's, Grocery stores, CVS, and many Restaurants and Bars!
